Hey Sharon. Great observation I think a bit of context matters here. We are a really fast growing startup that is trying to drive some pretty dramatic change, in a place where a lot of startups fail and corporate cultures go rotten. We encourage people to rest up, refresh and take time off periodically. We even have a vacation policy that we enforce so that people get the much needed break. That said, we have to create a culture where people put in the work.
