1. You’re totally correct. I have adjusted the UK taxes & deductions to be 26.5% instead of 40%. That increased the disposable income by almost $800

2. For rent, if the comparison is 1004 in Lagos, which is central, then the London equivalent is something within 5km of the inner perimeter of London. In Lagos, rent can go as low as N750k if you move far outside of the VI/Ikoyi/Lekki axis but I’ve used N5m to represent proximity to city center. Does this make sense?
